For many years I have worked with the professionals who recently formed Noble Software Group. Our collaborative efforts resulted in successful, sustainable, evidence-based implementations across the nation.
I am supporting their efforts as they deliver web-based validated assessments to both juvenile and adult support services, law enforcement, and corrections agencies. I look forward to working with Noble to provide updates, modifications, and validation information based on research using data from various jurisdictions across the country that have implemented juvenile and adult criminal justice system risk and protective factor assessments based on the Washington State model.
Noble Software Group is composed of professionals who have many years of experience with varied and diverse projects and I have worked with them on many projects over the years . I have nothing but respect for their dedication and commitment to the corrections profession; they have demonstrated a great capacity to innovate and solve problems that have heretofore seemed intractable for others in corrections. The work they have done with regard to integrating databases, mining data, and developing datamart strategies is extensive and impressive. My company's commitment to collaborate with the Noble group is based not only on their technical skills - which I think are quite extraordinary, but also their singular character and integrity.

I am very excited to be teaming up with the Noble Software group. I have known the people there for some time and I find them to be very smart and competent. I am sure they will be extremely interesting to work with, as well. This is a group with great potential and our projects will be of interest to anyone in juvenile or criminal justice work. I am especially excited about working with Dr. Barnoski and J-SAT.
